– We recommend that your kids wear grip socks or purchase socks for KSh 250/- per pair at the counter.
– There is a food court right opposite that offers loads of kid dishes to chose from.
– Bounce ‘n’ Play is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Mondays to Sundays (Including Public Holidays)

Had a bad experience. Being a first time parent here, and having had my children experience in house playgrounds, this is the worst I have visited. The minders at the receiving area, especially the ladies, have 0 interest with the children-0 customer care skills to their clients(children). A benchmarks with other minders in facilities which offer such services gives this a 0 rate. Wouldn't want to ever have my kids play here. The facilities fit the purpose of its existence but there's an overall need for training on handling children-mindfulness.
Thanks to our instructor brandly we had the best time there. We will come again
